United Kingdom (UK) Countries
Due to the constantly evolving UK legislation caused by the UK Government's 'Hard Brexit', we are not able to ship any of the Pharmaid range of products to customers in England, Scotland, Northern Ireland or Wales. This includes all of the Aloe Treasures, Athena's Treasures, Dream Tan, Aegean Sun and the Pharmaid Wellness products range. We can only apologise to our UK customers who can no longer purchase these fabulous products in the UK, but it is entirely out of our control.
European Union (EU) Countries
For international based customers due to the customs paperwork we are now required to complete since Brexit came into full effect on July 01, 2021, we aim to ship within 48 hours Monday - Friday, but we will always endeavour to ship faster than this, again dependant on the volume of orders received. >> see further information here <<
This section applies to all orders placed with us from the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bosnia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland (Republic of), Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain.
Orders despatched to these locations are subject to weight-based pricing displayed at the checkout stage as detailed below.

| Over 1.99 | Royal Mail do not ship parcels over 2kg Internationally. The website will therefore automatically calculate available UPS and FedEx Courier prices to ship your order. Shipping via courier normally takes around 2-6 days including weekends, depending on the destination. |

For our non-EU Worldwide customers, due to the customs paperwork we are now required to complete since Brexit came into full effect on July 01, 2021, we aim to ship within 48 hours Monday - Friday, but we will always endeavour to ship faster than this, again dependant on the volume of orders received.
This section applies to all orders placed with us from the all of the countries not mentioned anywhere above. At present, due to international trade and/or courier restrictions, we are unable to ship to Russia, Ukraine or Iran. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

International Customers
While we try to ship to as many countries as possible, it is your responsibility to be aware of the laws and customs regulations in your country. Other than products shipped to the EU as detailed here, our shipping charges do not include any duties or taxes imposed by customs upon arrival. We cannot refund you for product delayed by or retained by customs agency officials.
Please note: Purchases made by International Customers may incur duties, custom clearance, and in some cases, may be subject to health authority approval in your country.
